These steps work before they leave, or after they’re already in the field.

Forward one letter as an attachment to post@pdayletters.com.
Follow the link in our reply and sign in to create the archive.
Ask the missionary to include post@pdayletters.com on the To, Cc, or Bcc line of future letters.

From then on, letters and photos are filed automatically.
Older letters can be forwarded later. Archive owners can add pictures from a phone or Google Photos.

If someone invited you, open the link in that email and sign in with Google or Microsoft. Archives are not public and are not listed anywhere.

We can email you when new letters arrive. Choose how often (requires sign-in).

Cost

An archive is free. No subscription. The only optional purchase is a printed hardcover keepsake containing all letters and photos. This is built and maintained as a labor of love by a father of a missionary.
